Certainly a nice message in keeping the user experience at the center of design! I came across your page from a comment you made re: the Manifest theme. But you like the Melville better? I like the visual design of Manifest a bit more, but I’ve been having trouble with comments showing properly… You can take a look at early attempts here and any suggestions would be wonderful: http://www.theteachingpulse.org
Hi James. Thanks for stopping by. I used Manifest for a while, but then I had some issues with it’s layout of the header, site description and some images. There are many good minimalist themes out there. And something like Tumblr would be an option for you as well. For longer form writing, I’d recommend a wider column layout.
